Scrambled eggs

What's Needed

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Slices of cut sweet red pepper
  • 2 slices of cut sweet green pepper
  • Cut Onions
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • Oil
  • One tea spoon of RInah’s hot sauce

How To Make

1. Crack the eggs opened one by one and pour them in a bold
2. Use a fork to beat the eggs for about one(1) minute
3. Add salt and pepper as desired
4. Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan
5. Add the cut red pepper, cut green pepper and cut onion in hot and let it cook for a minute
6. Pour the eggs in the hot pan
7. Using a spatula pull the eggs gently
8. Continue cooking, pulling, flipping until the eggs are thickened
9. Serve immediately
